Moorings Monitoring Suite
INA-Moorings
Measure your mooring lines. In real time. Even on already-moored assets.
INA-Moorings is Inalia’s suite of mooring load measurement technologies for floating platforms. It combines the measurements needed to understand how mooring lines really behave (direct line loads, structural stresses, and platform motion and position) and synchronises them in real time in a single dashboard.
Direct load measurement can be installed on mooring lines already deployed, with no need to recover or re-deploy the mooring system.
INA-Mooring is the measurement foundation of SIMEWind, Inalia’s long-term mooring integrity monitoring system, deployed on the DemoSATH floating wind platform in open sea. Link al Proyecto SIMEWind

Synchronised acquisition
all data on a common time base, in real time
Dashboard and API integration
live mooring loads, structural response and platform motion, with storage and export
How it works
-> Understand — We analyse the floater, mooring layout and operating conditions to define what to measure and where
-> Strategy — Selection of measurement technologies and points (chain, lug, structure, platform) and system architecture for each configuration
-> Install — Sensor installation, calibration and commissioning, on new or already-moored assets
-> Acquire — Continuous, synchronised acquisition of all measurements in real operating conditions
-> Visualise — Real-time dashboard with all data synchronised and stored for analysis
Direct load sensors in the marine environment have a limited lifetime. SIMEWind uses the data acquired with INA-Mooring to build the relationship between mooring loads and long-term indirect measurements (transfer functions, simplified digital twin and AI-based prediction), so mooring loads can continue to be estimated once direct sensors reach end of life.
